Gluten Free Gloriously Review & Giveaway

Disclaimer: I received samples of this product, but I was not paid to write this post. All opinions are my own, and I only recommend products that I, myself, use and love.

I literally giggled with delight when I saw that one of my favorite dedicated gluten free bakeries was going to be at the GFAF Expo two months ago. I first experienced the magic of Gluten Free Gloriously at my very first expo, and I’ve been raving about them ever since.

GF holiday 9

Gluten Free Gloriously is now a certified gluten free facility. It is also peanut free (though other nuts are present), oat free, and has dairy free options. The new owner has a nephew with gluten and dairy intolerances and is on a mission to provide the community with safe, high quality gluten free desserts. I must say – he is doing an amazing job. In my opinion, this is one of the best gluten free bakeries in the county.

What they make:

  • Custom cakes (yes, even wedding cakes! They’re stunning!)
  • Coffee crumb cake
  • Muffins (blueberry, chocolate chip, french toast, pumpkin cream cheese)
  • Dinner rolls & hamburger buns
  • Baguette
  • Flatbread
  • English muffins
  • Pizza
  • Pie crust (and dough)
  • NY cheesecake
  • Tiramisu
  • German chocolate cake
  • Apple pie & pie crust
  • So many cupcakes
  • Cannolis (yes, cannolis!)
  • Lemon bars
  • Cookies (pumpkin chocolate chip, sugar shortbread, malomars,  biscotti, butter cookies, spritz cookies, Mexican wedding cookies, lintzer cookies, chocolate chip, 7 layer/rainbow cookies)

GF holiday 11

I got to try this amazing apple pie for Thanksgiving – Have you ever seen a pie this beautiful?? It was heavenly.

GF holiday 10

And these cookies! The thing that impressed me the most (besides the incredible flavor – they were incredible!) is that I have not seen any other gluten free bakery do traditional cookies like this. Quite often gluten free bakeries will have three or four cookie options, most of them having a similar base with different chocolate chips, dried fruit, etc – but not Gluten Free Gloriously! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the tin. My favorites were the spritz cookies (yay sprinkles!), but all were some of the best cookies I have ever tasted.

Gluten Free Gloriously is one of the best – outrageously good. Seriously, go get yourself a cookie. You’re welcome.

Gluten Free Gloriously is located in Stirling, NJ, and they have a dedicated display in Bay Ridge, NJ. They also now ship nation wide! For more info visit

  1. My husband and I are both gluten free due to health issues other than celiac disease. I make a lot of different types of gf cookies at home, so I would like to try something I do not make. The 7 layer rainbow cookies sound good.

  2. We eat gluten free, and you want me to pick just one cookie that’s difficult. One of my favorite cookies is the Mexican wedding cookies and I have not had a gluten free one before.

  3. I eat gf for health issues, but not celiac. These cookies look amazing! The lintzer cookies are calling my name…I miss those so much. I’d never heard of this company before…thank you for showcasing them.

  4. 100% gluten free household…this would be an awsome prize to win. Yum….cookies.
Thanks for the chance to win this. No bakery within 200+ miles- probably more, so this would be a holiday treat for sure.

  5. Highly sensitive to gluten, and my household has been gluten free for 12 years. I would love any of the cookies shown, but that linzer cookie looks so very good!
