Goodness Grainless Granola & The Squirrel & The Bee – Review & Giveaway

Best granola EVER.

Do I have your attention? I’m normally not a granola lover, but Goodness Grainless made by The Squirrel and the Bee has converted me. Their granola is made from spouted nuts that are roasted with spices and honey – that’s pretty much it. Simple, yet a billion times more delicious than any other granola that I have ever tried. It’s heavenly! – Stupendous! – I’m so excited I could dance! I simply cannot stop eating it.

Goodness Grainless is:

• 100% gluten free and made in a dedicated facility

• Dairy free
• Refined sugar free
• Peanut free
• Soy free

Flavors include

• Cinnamon Vanilla
• Chocolate Cardamom
• Pumpkin Spice

I have tried both the Cinnamon Vanilla and Pumpkin Spice and am so in love with both – they are two of my new favorite products on the market. The Pumpkin Spice is incredibly unique. While I mainly eat it as a snack straight from the bag, I’ve found that the Cinnamon Vanilla is incredible on top of coffee ice cream. Yum!

Goodness Grainless’s sister company The Squirrel and the Bee is a 100% gluten free bakery in New Jersey. They offer a HUGE variety of muffins, full cakes, breads, sandwich rolls, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, tarts, pies and even ice cream cake! All of their items are gluten free and grain free. Much of their menu is also dairy free, vegan and suitable for the paleo diet. Made with a combination of nut flour, coconut flour, coconut or olive oil, fresh fruit, and honey, they focus on high nutrients, protein, and healthy fats.

I tasted the pumpkin and blueberry muffins, and both flavors were out of this world! The chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat, as well, and I found that they tasted best coming directly out of the freezer. Short Hills, NJ – you are so very lucky to have this amazing bakery in your neighborhood. If the Squirrel and The Bee were in NYC, I would surely be there every week (hint hint, pretty please open a NYC shop?). It’s a good thing they ship across the continental US!
