I fell in love with Pascha Organic Dark Chocolate at my first Gluten Free expo. It was the very first booth I visited, and they had free samples! Who cares that was 9am! I tried them all. I mean, people eat chocolate chip pancakes and muffins for breakfast all the time, right?
I quickly gravitated towards their company not only because of the exceptionally quality and taste, but Pascha chocolates are unique in that they are allergen free. This means they are free from:
